Yoga Teacher

Amy has been in love with yoga for over 15 years. 2004/2005 she trained as a yoga teacher in India at a Sivananda Ashram. Since her training she has had a wonderful time teaching yoga and enhancing the lives of many people from all walks of life ages 3 – 89 yrs old. Amy continues to study & practice with a range of teachers from around the world and draws from these studies along with amazing life experiences & her own personal yoga practice combing them into her own teachings.

Amy completed her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, which is bringing depth to her practice to enable her to help people really connect to their own spiritual path.  Amy carried out a deep investigation into the anatomy of Hot Yoga with Jozef Wiewel and is now qualified to to teach Hot Yoga.  This training was INCREDIBLE and has brought new ideas into practice for both Amy and the clients Amy works with. Yoga is the path she has chosen to shape her own health and life values. Amy makes the time everyday to walk or run outdoors in mother nature and she also rolls her mat out to meditate, breathe & dance out a few yoga asanas. Amy teaches from her studios in the Peak District and in Sheffield.
