Sadhana

Sadhana a Sanskrit word for daily practice.  In Kundalini yoga we get up and begin our daily practice around 5am.  At this time you can truley experience your higher self – our minds are calm and we can meditate deeply.  Come along and give it a go! It is an experience not to missed! You will feel focused and open all day long. On retreat we will be doing mini sadhanas every morning but back in the UK you can come and experience a full Sadhana.  See our workshops page for the next scheduled Sheffield Sadhana’s.
