Healthy Food

EACH meal on the Ibiza retreat has been selected for its detoxing, cleansing and healing value to the liver, kidneys, digestive system, lungs and skin.  The recipes are jammed with superfoods and an array sensational locally grown produce. We eat 75% RAW.  We are all BIG and focused on vegetarian and vegan diets.

The Food Guidelines

As a rule no meat, gluten, caffeine, nicotine, drugs or processed foods will be consumed.

Vinyasa yoga – Pradeep is the greatest teacher of Vinyasa

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and is so fascinating.

We will be practising from the villa and in some surprise locations around the island.

  • CHILL OUT- Sunbathing, Swimming, Journal Writing, Treatments
  • 14.30 Lunch
  • 15.00 Siesta at villa/beach
  • 1730 Back from beach
  • 1800 – 1930 Villa Yoga with Pradeep
  • 2030 Sunset Dinner
